Atten is a platform that enables you to communicate with AI, take notes, and run code to extend the capabilities of AI. The use of your data, collected during the interaction with our Services, is governed by our customer agreements. 1. Personal information we collect
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for our Services, express interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, participate in activities on our Services (such as posting messages in our online forums or entering competitions, contests, or giveaways), or contact us directly. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
- Personal Information You Provide: When you create an account with us, we will collect information associated with your account, including your name, contact information, account credentials, payment card information, and transaction history, (collectively, “Account Information”).
- Third-Party Application Login: You have the option to log into your Atten account using third-party applications (e.g., Google). When you choose this login method, we collect your name, email address, and avatar associated with that third-party application for authentication and identity verification purposes. This processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
- User Content: When you use our Services, we collect Personal Information that is included in the input, file uploads, notes or feedback that you provide to our Services (“Content”).
- Communication Information: If you communicate with us, we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send (“Communication Information”).
- Social Media Information: We have pages on social media sites like Facebook, Medium, Twitter(X), Threads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord, Producthunt, Jike, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Douyin, Tiktok and Bilibili. When you interact with our social media pages, we will collect Personal Information that you elect to provide to us, such as your contact details (collectively, “Social Information”). In addition, the companies that host our social media pages may provide us with aggregate information and analytics about our social media activity.
- Billing Data: When you make a purchase on Atten, we utilize a third-party service provider to collect and process your billing information. The information collected by our billing provider may include your name, billing address, credit or debit card details, phone number, and email address. This processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
Please note that any information you provide to the AI on Atten will be shared with third-party AI providers (e.g., Open AI). It is important to refrain from sharing sensitive personal information with the AI, such as credit card details or social security information.
Information automatically collected
When you access or interact with our Services, we automatically collect certain information. This information does not directly identify you (such as your name or contact details), but it may include device and usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about your interactions with our Services, and other technical details. We gather this information to maintain the security and performance of our Services, as well as for internal analytics and reporting purposes. Rest assured that we handle this data with utmost care and only use it in an aggregated and anonymized form for statistical analysis and improvement of our Services.
